ALL CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO BE DONE AT YOUR OWN PACE.
MOST CLASSES REQUIRE NO PRIOR BOXING EXPERIENCE.

Lights Out Boxing

This is our signature class. All classes are 8 to 10 rounds of fire that you can make as challenging as you like.  No experience needed.  This class incorporates the principles of boxing, strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) all in one.  All rounds are fueled by nothing but Hip Hop and Dance music that will make you want to beat up your punching bags like it's fight night!  So grab your gloves and lets go.  First class is FREE!

Lights Out Boxing -
Fight Camp 

You are guaranteed to get into fight shape in this 12-round class.  Fight Camp is the ULITIMATE "freestyle" based striking workout and brings the heat with 12 rounds of Boxing, Kickboxing, calisthenics, slam ball action and ground and pound. Get ready to push yourself to your limits while our sound system shakes the room! This class is best for members who have some boxing/kickboxing experience.

Kickboxing

Women's Fitness Kickboxing

The "OG class". For all you old school kickboxers this class is for you! Once a week we offer our Women's specific Kickboxing class which offers a full body workout with increased cardiovascular benefits. Burn calories, increase muscle definition and strengthen your torso! This kickboxing class offers a unique opportunity to work every muscle in your body from head to toe. Not only does it offer one of the greatest calorie-burning opportunities, but it's also a tremendous tool for building strength and flexibility. 

MMA FIGHT FITNESS

Here at Lights Out Boxing NY in Massapequa Park, we truly believe that being in great shape is an important form of self-defense. We also believe in offering a variety of classes. MMA Fight Fit is the ultimate fitness class combining the principles of Circuit Training and Mixed Martial Arts. Train like a fighter in a class that strengthens you physically and mentally. Our intense, high energy conditioning drills, coupled with techniques from MMA will build your cardio and muscular endurance like you’ve only imagined. This class is designed to be done at your own pace and is for people of all fitness levels.
